Entagl vs SleekFlow: Calls, Bookings and the Resume Button

SleekFlow is a strong multi-channel inbox with AI included on every paid plan. We read its pricing page, help center and blog to show where its AI answers, where a person has to step in, and what Entagl does at those same moments.

Entagl vs SleekFlow: Calls, Bookings and the Resume Button

Entagl vs SleekFlow comes down to three moments: a phone call, a booking, and the reply after your teammate steps in. As of October 2026, SleekFlow's AI works in text only, so a person places or answers every call; it books through a system you connect, on the Premium plan; and after a staff reply it stays on standby until someone presses Resume. SleekFlow suits a team that wants one inbox across many chat apps; Entagl suits a business that wants calls handled, real calendar slots booked in the chat, and the AI back on by itself.

Every SleekFlow claim below links to SleekFlow's own pages. The one-screen version is the SleekFlow alternative compare page.

Who is SleekFlow built for, and where is it strong?

SleekFlow reaches more chat apps than Entagl. Its posts describe agents across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, SMS, Telegram and live chat (source), and the inbox adds WeChat, LINE and Viber (channel directory). The trust center lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and GDPR.

Commerce is strong too: the AI can update a Shopify cart (source) and send Stripe or Shopify payment links (source). And when the AI gets something wrong, the Optimization page groups the reports and tests a fix before a human applies it. That is the same loop Entagl runs.

What does SleekFlow cost?

Pro is $109 a month billed yearly and Premium is $279 a month billed yearly (pricing page). There is no free plan, only a 7-day Pro trial. AI agents are included with no per-resolution fee, under a Fair Use Policy of 5,000 AI agent credits a month at the 500-contact tier. Entagl's list price is higher.

The meters are seats and contacts. Pro and Premium each "Includes 10 user accounts" (pricing page), and Pro starts with 500 monthly active contacts. Past that, SleekFlow "automatically adds 100 MACs at a time" as a one-time charge; with auto-scaling off, AI replies, flows and broadcasts pause (source).

Where does SleekFlow hand the work back to a person?

Calls

The help center says "Voice call is currently in limited release" (source), and a person places or answers each call. Outbound calls are dialed by hand: the same article lists "Using Voice calls as a channel in Flow Builder automated workflows" as not supported, so a reminder or win-back call cannot run on its own. Written reminders can still go out through Flow Builder and WhatsApp templates. If no-shows are why you are shopping, read what 21 studies say about reminders and confirmation calls.

Bookings and the details before a quote

We found no mention of built-in calendar booking on SleekFlow's public pages. Booking runs through a system you connect, on Premium; the help center's examples are custom commands like /get_available_slots and /create_booking (source).

Details are gathered by Procedures that "tell the agent what information to collect" (source). We found no mention of a hard rule that holds a quote until required answers are in. Structured forms are the web chat pre-chat contact form and WhatsApp Flows, and the WhatsApp Flow page calls the latter "a customized solution for enterprise plan customers". WhatsApp Flows are not on Pro.

Handover and bursts

A reply sent by a person from the SleekFlow Inbox moves the AI to Standby, where it "will not respond until it is resumed". A teammate has to click Resume, and afterward "the previous customer message remains unanswered" (source). The control is a feature preview.

For bursts, the help center explains how long outgoing replies are split into up to 3 bubbles (source). We found no mention of a wait window for the customer who types "hi", "how much", "for two people" as three messages.

Guardrails, translation, ads and later changes

  • Guardrails. An "independent reviewer" cross-checks responses before they are sent (source), a real control. We found no mention of a prompt-injection filter or a per-chat reply cap, and credits count "regardless of outcome" (source).
  • Translation. The AI Writing Assistant translates your outgoing draft into 7 languages (source); translation of incoming messages is not listed.
  • Ads. The ad trigger is for WhatsApp channels only, and the agent "cannot answer questions about its image or video" (source).
  • Changes. Fixes applied from Optimization "cannot currently be undone" (source).
  • Catalog. There is no Trendyol in the integrations directory, and low-stock alerts are not listed.

What does Entagl do at those same moments?

Bursts. Receptionist, Entagl's messaging agent, waits a short window (8 seconds by default, you choose up to 5 minutes) and answers the whole thought once.

Handover. When a person replies, in the Entagl inbox or the WhatsApp Business or Instagram app, the AI pauses and comes back by itself after the time you set (60 minutes by default). Nobody owns a Resume button. More in human-in-the-loop AI explained.

Details. "Info to collect" is a checklist held in code, so by default the AI cannot quote, book or check out until required answers are in. It can send a hosted form link on any channel. See chat intake, chat forms or form links.

Bookings and calls. Receptionist books real calendar slots, prevents double bookings, and lets customers reschedule or cancel in the chat; taps on WhatsApp reminder buttons reach the AI. Coordinator, a separate product with its own credits, answers inbound calls and places confirmation, reminder and no-show win-back calls on phone numbers and WhatsApp. You set the maximum call length. The same phone number links WhatsApp chats and calls, so Coordinator reads recent conversations before it speaks; other duplicate contacts can be merged.

Tricks and loops. An input judge blocks prompt injection and spam, and replies are checked before they go out. By default, a chat pauses after 20 AI replies in a rolling 24 hours.

The rest. Receptionist answers WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, email and web chat. Entagl has no funnel builder, email drips or helpdesk ticketing, and no WeChat, LINE or Viber.

Which one should you pick?

Pick SleekFlow if your customers also write on WeChat, LINE, Viber or SMS, you need SOC 2 Type II and ISO certifications on paper, or your AI sells from a Shopify or VTEX catalog with payment links.

Pick Entagl if no-shows cost you money, you want the AI to book a real slot rather than call an API you maintain, or your team jumps into chats often and nobody wants to own a Resume button.

FAQ

Where is SleekFlow the stronger choice?

SleekFlow reaches more chat apps than Entagl, adding WeChat, LINE, Viber and SMS. It publishes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications, its AI can fill Shopify carts and send payment links, and Pro starts at $109 a month billed yearly, while Entagl's list price is higher. Entagl is built for a business that wants calls answered and placed (by Coordinator, a separate product), real calendar slots booked in the chat, and the AI back on by itself after your team replies.

What happens when a customer sends several messages in a row, or my teammate jumps in?

SleekFlow's help center lists no setting that waits for a burst of incoming messages (source); Entagl waits a few seconds (8 by default) and answers once. When your teammate replies in SleekFlow's inbox, the AI stays on standby until someone presses Resume (source). In Entagl the AI pauses, even for a reply from the WhatsApp or Instagram app, and comes back after the time you set.

Can SleekFlow's AI book appointments and make reminder calls?

Only through your own systems. SleekFlow's AI books by calling a booking API you connect, which needs Premium (from $279 a month billed yearly, pricing page), and staff place calls by hand (source). Entagl's Receptionist books real calendar slots in the chat, and Coordinator places confirmation, reminder and no-show win-back calls.
