What's a credit?
Credits measure the AI work used by your product. Different actions and models can use different amounts. Review your included allowance and recorded usage in the dashboard.
Can I start free?
Yes. The free plan includes an average of 100 AI messages a month — enough to let the AI set up your account, test it on your own channels and upgrade when you're ready. Everything you set up carries over.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Review the available top-up and metered billing options for your product. Extra usage has a published rate, and service depends on the account’s allowance and billing settings.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset monthly. If you're regularly hitting your cap, the next tier is usually cheaper than riding top-ups — and you can change tiers any time.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly by default and you can change tiers or cancel any time. The Receptionist also offers annual billing at 10% off.
Is there a discount for bundling?
Yes. Run two or more products and the per-product price drops — bundles and custom credit pools are scoped with our team, so talk to us and we'll price yours in one call.
Are AI usage costs included in my plan?
Plans include an allowance for the product’s AI work. Usage beyond that allowance can cost extra. Coordinator, Reputation Manager, and Comments Automation have separate product pricing; applicable channel or carrier charges depend on your setup.
