Entagl: AI Customer Service and Sales Across Channels

Entagl is an omnichannel AI customer service and sales platform. It connects customer conversations with business knowledge, permitted actions, a shared team inbox, and a built-in CRM. Its products cover messaging, Voice AI, and Google review replies, with additional tools for content and advertising work. The business chooses what to automate and where people should step in.

This guide describes the supported customer journey and the questions to ask when choosing a setup. Product plans, integrations, channel permissions, and feature availability still matter. A complete platform does not mean every action is available on every channel or that every customer request should be automated.

How does Entagl help before a sale?

A prospective customer may start with a product question, a service inquiry, or a phone call. The first job is to understand the request and answer using the business's information. The next job may be to qualify the inquiry, collect required details, offer a booking, or help the person choose a product.

Receptionist handles supported messaging workflows. Coordinator handles configured incoming and outgoing calls. Both need a clear business brief and appropriate enabled actions. The owner should test the exact workflow instead of assuming an appealing reply means the whole job was completed.

For example, a service business can define the information needed before discussing a quote. A store can use its connected catalog and supported order tools. When the request needs human judgment, the team should be able to take over with the relevant conversation available.

What keeps the work connected after the first answer?

Customer service does not end at the initial reply. A customer may change a booking request, ask about an order, send a document, or return on another channel. Useful records help the team understand what has happened and what should happen next.

Entagl's built-in CRM includes customer profiles, custom properties, tags, assignments, stages, and linked history. Your team can work from a list or an available sales board. Selected fields can be enabled for AI collection, while other information remains under manual control.

Channel aggregation and customer identity are separate questions. A shared inbox brings channels together, but linking the same person across them requires supported behavior or an owner-reviewed record. Confirm the available continuity features for your workspace, as explained in our cross-channel buyer guide.

What can the team do inside a conversation?

The shared inbox gives operators tools to continue the work: translate a thread for reading, inspect the original, review an AI draft, rewrite an outgoing message, add internal notes, assign a teammate, and take over from the AI.

An operator can also send an active form, request a secure upload, or open appointment creation from the conversation. These actions should be understood separately. A translation changes the reading view; it does not send anything. A draft needs review and a send action. An internal note is not a customer message.

A useful demo follows those actions through their results. Inspect the customer record, the submitted form, or the saved appointment. Your team should not need to infer success from a sentence in the chat.

How are forms and private files collected?

Entagl supports conversational intake and forms. The AI can ask configured questions in a conversation, the website widget can show a structured form, and supported messaging paths can send a hosted form link. Required details, conditional questions, selected contact-field mapping, and completion behavior depend on the intake configuration.

Secure file uploads provide a separate private collection path for supported customer photos, PDFs, and videos. Owners choose file types, retention, and whether AI analysis is allowed. Files connect to the conversation and customer media.

Do not treat a private link as identity verification or confuse link expiry with deleting a file. The private collection guide explains the distinctions to review before using the feature.

How does Voice AI fit the platform?

Coordinator can answer incoming calls and handle configured outgoing workflows on supported calling connections. Review its voice and language options, instructions for each direction, permitted actions, escalation, and after-call behavior.

Use a realistic test call, then inspect the transcript and result. Include a correction, an interruption, silence, and a request for a person. Model choices and supervision features depend on the released setup; a voice sample is not proof that a real phone transfer or booking works.

Our AI phone-agent evaluation guide provides a practical checklist. The business benefit is a useful conversation and a correct next action, with the owner able to understand and supervise the work.

What does Google review management add?

Reputation Manager handles Google review-reply workflows. The business can review drafts and choose supported publishing rules, including cases that need approval and attention from a person. Location and publication-status controls help the owner see what happened.

A public review reply is different from a private support conversation. Keep private information out of it. The product does not grant authority to remove someone else's review, identify a reviewer as a customer, or call them automatically.

How do the products fit together?

Need Entagl capability Owner decision
Messaging support and sales Receptionist Knowledge, instructions, and permitted actions
Phone and WhatsApp calls Coordinator Calling setup, direction, voice, actions, and supervision
Customer records and team work CRM and shared inbox Fields, stages, assignments, and intervention
Information and file collection Intake, forms, and secure uploads Questions, mapping, access, and retention
Google review replies Reputation Manager Drafting, approval, and publishing rules
Content and advertising work Studio and Ads Co-Pilot The work to create or review and the relevant approvals

Products have their own plans and usage allowances. Check the current pricing, supported integrations, and available actions for the combination you need. Avoid comparing a messaging plan with a comment-automation add-on as if they were the same product.

How should a business get started?

Define the jobs first. Provide the business information, review what the AI knows, configure the actions it may take, connect the intended channels, and test representative scenarios. Include a case where the correct outcome is an answer, a saved action, a human handover, and no reply.

Keep improving from actual conversations and customer outcomes. The platform should make that work visible to the owner. Read our conversation-control guide for the questions worth testing beyond an ordinary demonstration.

FAQ

Is Entagl only a messaging assistant?

No. Its customer-service and sales platform includes messaging, Voice AI, CRM, team tools, information collection, bookings, and Google review management through the relevant products and configuration.

Can a person stay in control?

Yes. Owners configure instructions and actions, while teams can review conversations and use the available intervention and approval controls. Test the paths important to your business.

Does every product come with every plan?

No. Products, allowances, add-ons, and some actions have their own requirements. Review the current plan information for the complete setup you need.

Can the AI handle every situation without help?

That is not the goal. Define suitable automated work and a practical route to a person for cases that need judgment, unavailable information, or an unsupported action.
