Overview
Services are the things you do — haircuts, consultations, design packages. Each service has a name, description, price, duration, and optional image. The AI uses them when customers ask 'what do you offer' and when booking through Calendar.

Every service as a card. Drag to reorder — the AI lists them in this order.
Add a service
Name, description (what it is, who it's for, what's included), price, duration, optional image.
Group into categories
Create categories like "Hair Transplant" or "Aesthetics" and assign each service to one. If you run more than one AI agent, you can give a category to a specific agent so it only talks about those services — perfect when one agent handles hair and another handles aesthetics.
Availability rules
Optionally restrict a service to certain days, hours, or staff members.
Service images
Upload one or more photos. Shown in widget cards and sent when customers ask.
Common tasks
Add a service the AI can book
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → My Business → Services.
- Click the + (Add Service) button at the top right, fill in name, duration, price, and description, then Save.
