Every physical or digital product you sell, with pricing and descriptions.

Your product catalog — shown to customers in rich cards.

Overview

Products are the things you sell — bottles of wine, digital courses, t-shirts. Each has a name, description, price, optional image, stock (if connected to Inventory), and category. The AI showcases them, answers questions, and guides customers to purchase.

Features

Products list

All your products as cards. Drag to reorder.

Add a product

Name, description, price, images, category, variants (sizes/colors).

Variants

Same product with different sizes, colors, or options — each with its own price and stock.

Categories

Group related products for clearer browsing.

Link to Inventory

If you use Inventory, connect a product to an item so stock is live-tracked.

Shopify sync

If you've connected Shopify, your catalog imports and stays in sync automatically — products, variants, prices, currency, and photos update from your store, and they're read-only here (edit them in Shopify).

Regional market stores

If your brand runs separate Shopify stores per country (for example a Turkish store with its own TL prices), you can add them as market stores. Each market's products import with their own local prices and currency, your assistant quotes the right price for each customer, and checkout links always point to the right store.

Food menu mode

Sell food? Turn on the Food menu mode switch at the top of the page. Every product gets a Food details section — ingredients, allergens, an extra allergen note, dietary tags (vegan, halal…), spice level, protein, portion size, how many it serves, and prep time — so your AI can answer questions like "what's vegan?" or "does it contain nuts?".

Verifying allergen info

Allergen and dietary details start as Needs review. After double-checking a dish, click Mark verified on its card — or use Verify all shown to confirm many at once (filter by Needs Review first). Your AI only states allergen and dietary info for verified dishes; for unverified ones it asks customers to confirm with your staff.

Common tasks

Add a product the AI can sell

About 1 min
  1. Open the sidebar → Configuration → My Business → Products.
  2. Click the + (Add Product) button at the top right, enter name, price, and a clear description; upload an image; Save.

Turn your products into a food menu

About 3 min
  1. Open the sidebar → Configuration → My Business → Products.
  2. Turn on the Food menu mode switch at the top of the page.
  3. Open a product and fill in its Food details — ingredients, allergens, dietary tags, spice level, portion. Fill in what you know; you can leave the rest empty.
  4. Double-check the allergen and dietary details, then click Mark verified on the dish — or Verify all shown to confirm several at once.

Tips

Good photos matter. The AI sends them to customers — make them count.
Connect to Shopify to avoid double data entry.
Only verify allergen info you're sure about — customers with allergies rely on it. Anything you haven't verified stays safe: the AI asks those customers to confirm with your staff.
Food menu mode isn't available for Shopify-connected stores — those products are managed from your Shopify catalog.
