Open and closed hours for your business and your AI.
Overview
Business Hours tells customers when you're open and when you're not — Mondays 9 to 5, closed Tuesday, open weekends. The AI uses them to answer 'are you open now', to block calendar bookings outside hours, and to behave differently after hours (e.g., promise a next-day reply).

Weekly schedule
Set open and close time per day. Split shifts supported (e.g., 12–3pm and 6–11pm).
Closed days
Mark entire days as closed. AI responds with appropriate messaging.
Special days / holidays
Override the weekly schedule with Time Off — single days, several days, date ranges, weekly repeats (e.g. closed every Tuesday), or annual holidays like Christmas and Ramadan. Managed from the Calendar page.
Timezone
All times are in this timezone. Set it carefully if you have a distributed team.
After-hours message
Custom greeting for customers who message outside hours ("Thanks! We're closed until 9am.").
Common tasks
Set your business hours
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → My Business → Business Hours.
- Toggle each weekday on or off and pick opening/closing times. Add Special hours for holidays.
- Changes save automatically.
