Settings · AI Hours
Track how many minutes of Coordinator and AI time you've used this month.
Overview
AI Hours is the usage dashboard for your AI minutes — separate from your chat message quota. Coordinator minutes, premium AI features, and certain high-cost operations draw from this pool. Monitor usage, see a daily burn chart, and top up when needed.

Website chat outside AI hours
For the Website Widget you can choose what visitors see outside your AI hours: keep the chat visible so visitors can still leave a message (they get a short away note and every message lands in your Inbox), or hide the chat bubble completely until your AI is back on the clock.
Common tasks
Define when the AI is allowed to reply
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → Agent Configuration → AI Hours.
- Toggle each weekday and pick the AI's working hours. Outside those hours the AI stays quiet and lets you reply manually.
Choose when your AI answers calls
About 2 min- On the AI Hours page, find the "Calls" channel and open it.
- Pick the days and times your AI should answer incoming calls. Leave it untouched to have it answer around the clock.
- Go to Coordinator → Settings and choose what should happen outside those hours: play a message, take a voicemail, forward the call to someone, or don't answer.
- Save. Your changes apply to the very next call.
Choose what the website chat does outside your hours
About 1 min- Open Settings → AI Hours and click Configure on the Website Widget channel.
- Under "Outside these hours", pick "Show the chat and collect messages" or "Hide the chat bubble completely".
- The setting saves automatically — you are done.
