Notifications

Choose what you get notified about, where it reaches you, and who else on your team gets alerted.

Overview

Everything about staying informed lives on one page, split into three simple parts. My notifications is personal — it controls what YOU see in the app's notification bell and what pops up on your phone. Handovers, bookings and orders are on for everyone from day one, so your whole team hears about the moments that matter with zero setup. Alert recipients is about your business: who on your team receives which alerts (Team alerts), and which email addresses and phone numbers get business alerts by email or WhatsApp/SMS. Emails from Entagl manages the emails we send you about the product itself.

Features

Two simple layers: you, and your recipients

Entagl separates three ideas: WHO on the team hears about business events (Team alerts — everyone by default), what YOU personally see and feel (My notifications — your own in-app and push switches), and which OUTSIDE addresses get alerts (email and WhatsApp/SMS recipients, each with its own opt-ins and language). In-app and push are free and instant; WhatsApp/SMS recipients must be verified phone numbers.

My notifications (in-app & push)

A simple on/off grid for every kind of event — new conversations, a customer needing a human, new bookings and orders, new leads, low stock, billing warnings, team changes, follow-up reminders and more. For each event you choose two things: show it In-App (the bell inside Entagl) and/or send it as Push (a pop-up on your phone or computer). Set it once and only hear about what matters to you.

Your notification language

Pick the language your in-app and push alerts are written in. It's separate from the app's display language, so you can use Entagl in one language and read your alerts in another.

Push on your devices

Turn on push for the phone or computer you're using with one tap, and see every device that's currently registered. Remove a device you no longer use so alerts don't follow an old phone. Works on the mobile app and on supported web browsers.

Team alerts — who on your team gets told

By default, EVERYONE on your team is notified (in the app and by phone push) when the AI needs a human, when a booking is made, changed or cancelled, and when an order comes in. You don't have to set anything up. If you'd rather narrow it, pick 'Owner only' or 'Choose people…' per alert type. Each teammate can still mute a type just for themselves under My notifications — your routing decides who is considered; their own switches decide what they personally feel.

Alert recipients (email & phone)

The list of email addresses and verified phone numbers that receive business alerts. Your own account email is added for you automatically. For every recipient you tick exactly which alerts they should get — so your bookkeeper can receive only billing alerts while your front desk gets bookings and handovers.

WhatsApp, SMS, or both

Each phone recipient chooses how alerts arrive: WhatsApp, SMS, or both. If a WhatsApp message can't be delivered, Entagl automatically falls back to SMS so the alert still gets through. You're only charged when a message is actually delivered.

A language per recipient

Every recipient can receive alerts in their own language, independent of yours. Your Turkish-speaking supplier and your English-speaking manager can each get the same alert in the language they read best.

Emails from Entagl

Control the emails Entagl sends you: product updates, tips, referral news, quota warnings and marketing. Turn off anything you don't want — the important account and billing emails always still reach you.

Common tasks

Turn an alert on or off for yourself

About 1 min
  1. Open Settings → Notifications and stay on My notifications.
  2. Find the event in the list (for example Human Handover).
  3. Switch In-App and/or Push on or off. It saves instantly — there's no Save button to press.

Send business alerts to an email address

About 2 min
  1. Open Settings → Notifications and go to Alert recipients.
  2. Under email recipients, add the address (your own account email is already there).
  3. Open its Alerts picker and switch on exactly the alerts it should receive — bookings, leads, handovers, billing and more.
  4. Optionally set that recipient's language so its emails arrive translated.

Get alerts on WhatsApp

About 2 min
  1. In Alert recipients, add your phone number and verify it with the code we send.
  2. Open its Alerts picker and switch on the alerts you want (for example Appointments, Human handover, Leads).
  3. Choose the delivery channel — WhatsApp, SMS, or both. SMS is used automatically if a WhatsApp message fails.

Turn on push on this device

About 1 min
  1. Open Settings → Notifications and scroll to Push Notifications.
  2. Tap Enable and allow notifications when your phone or browser asks.
  3. Your device now appears under Registered devices, and the Push switches in the grid above become available.

Stop marketing emails from Entagl

About 1 min
  1. Open Settings → Notifications and go to Emails from Entagl.
  2. Switch off Marketing Emails (and any others you don't want). It saves as you toggle.
  3. Account, security and billing emails still reach you — only the optional ones stop.

Tips

Delivered WhatsApp and SMS alerts cost 0.5 credits each — and you're only charged when the message actually arrives, never for a failed send.
In-App shows the alert on the bell inside Entagl; Push pops it up on your phone or computer even when Entagl is closed. Turn on Push for anything you can't afford to miss.
Turning off one of your notifications never stops a recipient's email or WhatsApp — those are two separate layers. To stop a business alert entirely, switch it off on each recipient too.
Every team member manages their own personal notifications and their own recipient rows; the workspace owner can manage everyone's.
Add SMS as a fallback for staff who don't use WhatsApp — the alert still reaches them if WhatsApp can't deliver.
