Abilities are custom tools the AI can call during conversations: 'check calendar availability', 'push a lead to our CRM', 'look up an order status'. You connect them with a webhook URL. Perfect for integrating your internal systems or advanced workflows with Make.com or Zapier.

Common tasks
Turn an ability on or off
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Configuration → Agent Configuration → Abilities.
- Toggle any ability on or off — for example Book appointments, Send media, Run custom functions.
- Changes save immediately.
