Every time stock goes up (restock) or down (a sale, a manual adjustment, an invoice import) it's logged here. Great for auditing shrinkage, confirming deliveries, and spotting issues.

Each row: date, item, change (+ / -), new total, who made the change, and source (AI, manual, invoice).

Zero in on a single item or a specific team member's activity.
Export the log
Download as CSV for audits.
Common tasks
Audit inventory changes
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Work → Inventory → Change Log.
- Filter by user, item, or date range to see who changed what and when.
Tips
The log is read-only. You cannot edit a past entry — create a correcting adjustment instead.
