Overview
The Items tab is the heart of your Inventory module. Add every physical product you sell, track how many you have in stock, set a low-stock threshold, and get alerts when you're running out. Your AI can check stock levels live during conversations and stop confirming orders when you run out.
Features
Items table
Shows every item with SKU, name, category, current stock, and price.
Add an item
Use the "Add item" button to create a new product with all its details.
Low-stock threshold
Set a minimum stock level. When stock drops below it, the row turns red and you get a reminder.
Adjust stock
Click an item to add or remove units — for example, when you receive new inventory.
Bulk import from CSV
Upload a spreadsheet to add hundreds of items at once. The importer maps your columns to Entagl fields.
Common tasks
Add an inventory item
About 1 min- Open the sidebar → Work → Inventory → Items.
- Click Add Item, enter name, SKU, quantity, and unit cost; Save.
