Conversation Reports

Scheduled views of active customer conversations, lead signals, bookings and recorded sales.

Overview

Choose daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports, or any combination, in up to four languages. After each selected period ends, Entagl reviews every conversation that was active during that period, including older chats that became active again. The page has two tabs: Reports (your history) and Settings (schedule, languages, credit limit, notifications).

Features

All active chats

Includes conversations with customer or verified outgoing activity during the selected reporting period, even when the conversation started earlier. New and returning progress are shown separately.

Evidence-backed results

Keeps lead signals, appointment requests, confirmed bookings, completed appointments and paid sales separate. Missing or uncertain records are explained in the limitations.

A limit you control

Shows an estimate for every frequency and lets the owner choose the maximum credits for each usable report. Failed attempts and low-activity summaries are free.

One analysis, several languages

Tick up to four languages in Settings and every report is produced in each of them, as separate versions with their own PDF. The analysis is written once; each extra language is a translation of it, so it adds a little to the credits. The report list shows a chip per language: click one to open that version or download its PDF.

Your first report

With no reports yet, the Reports tab explains what a report contains and offers "Generate your first report". It covers everything since your workspace was created (up to a year) and defaults to the language your app is set to; you can change both before generating.

Private by default

Reports stay inside the workspace until the owner shares one. Share creates a public link or sends it to an email address, in the language you pick; the link preview in WhatsApp or email shows your business name, "Conversation & Conversion Report" and the period dates in that language. Entagl always warns you first that the report is leaving your workspace. Stopping sharing blocks future access to the link.

Track the next steps

Recommendations explain what to do, why it matters, who owns it and how to measure it. Team members can mark each action Planned, Done or Not relevant.

Report for specific dates

Besides the recurring schedules, you can generate a report for any past date range, for example a campaign week or a holiday month. Pick the first and last day, see the estimated credits, and generate. The range must be complete (it ends before today) and can cover up to a year.

Report history you can tidy

Every report is listed in a table with its period, type, status, the date it was generated and the credits it used. Hide a report to remove it from the list without deleting anything; open "Hidden reports" to restore it. Hidden reports still count as past periods for comparisons.

Common tasks

Set up scheduled reports

About 2 min
  1. Open Analytics, then Conversation Reports.
  2. Open the Settings tab. Tick daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or any combination, tick the languages you want, then set the credit limit and notifications.
  3. A save bar appears at the bottom as soon as something changed. Select Save, or Discard to go back to the saved settings.

Generate a report right away

About 1 min
  1. In the Reports tab select "Generate a report now" (or "Generate your first report" when the list is empty).
  2. Pick the period: yesterday, last week, last month, last quarter, last year, everything so far, or specific dates. Tick the languages you want.
  3. Check the credit estimate, then select Generate report. It appears in the list within a few minutes with one chip per language.

Share or stop sharing a report

About 1 min
  1. In the Reports tab, select Share on a ready report (or open the report and select Share).
  2. Read the notice that the report leaves your workspace. Pick the language, then copy the public link or type an email address and select Send. The recipient gets the link, in that language, without needing an Entagl account.
  3. To revoke the link, open the report, select Share, then Stop sharing. Copies already downloaded or emailed cannot be recalled.

Tips

Use the action status as a team note. Done means someone reported the action complete; it does not prove a setting changed or caused a result.
A public link can be opened by anyone who has it. Check the anonymized body before sharing and revoke the link when it is no longer needed.
